Tina P, Founder
Behind her identity of "high performer" — achievements, accolades
is a woman battling imposter syndrome
Behind her identity of "independence" — influence, power, material wealth
is a woman quietly carrying high-functioning depression and anxiety
Behind her identity of "helper" — support system for family and friends
is a woman enduring burnout and chronic self-sacrifice
Behind her identity of "strong one" — pillar of strength for others, masking pain with smiles and laughter
is a woman navigating grief, loneliness, heartbreak, set backs
Behind her identity of "perfection" — polished self-worth
is a woman constructing herself to fit societal expectations due to discrimination of her skin tone, her hair texture, her body
Overtime, we become fragmented by the masks we wear in society —
stacking identities to survive the world
the high performer
the independent woman
the helper
the strong one
the pretty one
If every identity vanished tomorrow —
Who are you ?
Beyond title ?
Beyond the role played for family, friends, relationship?
Beyond the story created by life circumstances ? Beyond societal labels ?
What qualities remain no matter the role ?
is the story the world gives us and the story we learn to repeat
It is the self that is constructed and adaptive
It is formed through:
roles you occupy
“mother”, “daughter”, “wife” , “friend”
labels you carry
"high performer"
"independent"
narratives you repeat about yourself
"I am the career woman"
"I am the business owner"
"I am the helper"
"I am the woman who survived"
masks required to function in systems
"professional title"
Identity is conditional
It changes when the:
job disappears
relationship ends
environment shifts
material wealth lost
health declines
is the silent presence that existed before the story began
Beneath identity lives BEING
It is the self that simply exists
It is raw aliveness before narrative
presence underneath performance
the quiet "I AM" before "I am --"
It does not perform
It does not explain
It is not validated
It simply "is"
Identities are not lies
They are garments of BEING - expressive, protective
We are not asking you to remove identity
We invite you to reorder the hierarchy and return to being
Identity → Being
Being → Identity
When BEING leads
identity becomes expression rather than performance
A woman no longer tries to be worthy
She is living from worth
She no longer constructs to fit expectations
She embodies what already exist
“Identity as Expression”
When life dims you — through pain, trauma, bias, rejection, performance, obstacles, or survival — your color fades
Color is not the canvas
Color is the expression on the canvas
Being = the canvas
Identity = the color
When we say “Color Her,” we are not saying:
Become someone else
Perform harder
Add more achievements
To Color HER is to:
Choose how you express
Consciously design the overlay
Stop letting society paint you
Illuminate with healing, growth, and self-love
Step out of survival and into intentional living
Color becomes intentional identity
Not imposed identity
"The Being Beneath the Roles"
After traveling through the valley of your darkest shadows, conquering inner battles and overcoming life’s greatest challenges
You discover HER
HER is NOT:
It is NOT perfection
It is NOT fixing HER
It is NOT optimizing HER
It is seeing HER
It is power restored
It is purpose remembered
It is stepping out of survival and into intentional living
HER is the embodiment of WHOLENESS
"Reframed Identity"
For many women, identity becomes fragmented — shaped by expectation, survival, performance, and societal labeling
B.A.D. is not rebellion
It is letting identity serve being — not replace it
It is defining yourself — on your terms
It is naming what was unnamed
B.A.D. varies for every woman
For us, B.A.D. means:
BOLD — because she is courageous, even in the presence of fear
ASPIRING — because life is a journey, and she chooses growth with every step she takes
DIVINE — because her worth is inherent, her identity is sacred, and her spiritual essence guides her path
These are states of BEING, internal qualities — not titles, roles or labels
COLOR HER B.A.D. is a centralized ecosystem designed to help women move from performance-based identity to presence-based alignment through education, mental health resources, advocacy initiatives, wellness pathways, and community networks — all in one place.
Our mission is not about
"destroying identity"
It is about
"Helping women remember who they are before the world told them who to be — reclaiming authorship of identity after fragmentation"
It acknowledges
Society colored her first
Performance over presence
Productivity over peace
Roles over reality
Strength over softness
Mask over authenticity
Visibility without truly being seen
COLOR HER B.A.D. says
Now she CHOOSES
